Currently the Software companies have multiple systems which record the data, the data from these systems is not integrated to give clarity on the tasks and performances of employees which ends up in overcompensating poor performers and ignoring performers.
Company’s have multiple systems but the additional contributions and activities of employees go unrecorded and not considered for performance appraisals; like the stretch tasks being done, complex tasks or mentoring other employees etc.

UPRAiZAL not only measures the task related performance but also measures the additional contributions, activities being done by employees, i.e. whether someone is taking up stretch tasks, complex tasks, mentoring other team members; also the employees soft skills are measured.
Using UPRAiZAL as soon as an employee completes his task he self-rates it and submits it for Manager’s rating wherein a manager must provide feedback for the task performance while rating. In other words UPRAIZAL gives a holistic perspective to an employee’s contribution to an organization which is recorded, rated, measured and appraised.
Since the Software companies have various applications for project management, task management, performance management etc. therefore, all information and data is across systems. There is no consolidated data to analyze the contribution of employees against the tasks they are doing. Using UPRAiZAL a user can inherit the tasks created in other tools into UPRAiZAL and can thereafter work on them, complete them and finally rate them ELSE can feed these tasks to other HRMS / HCM software’s.
UPRAIZAL has plugins which help to connect to the following systems and integrate them with UPRAiZAL and inherit their tasks which then become UPRAiZAL tasks which then go through the regular task progress cycle which can then be closed and rated.
